Master of Science in Management in a Digital Service Economy

This programme covers core business theories, strategic leadership, and digital fluency, focusing on how to effectively manage resources, drive efficiency, and foster growth in digitally-driven service environments where customer interactions are increasingly virtual.

Programme Structure

Upon successful enrolment, you will first embark on a a 8-module Graduate Diploma in Service Management as a foundational pathway.

The 8 core modules:

  • Service Innovation for C-Suite
  • Service Leadership for Leaders
  • People and Relationship Management for Leaders

Entry Requirements

Local Candidates

1) A pass in diploma and above in any field and be at least 21 years old,
OR
2) Be a mature candidate (at least 30 years old) with 8 years of relevant supervisory or management experience in F&B / MICE or lifestyle industry

English Language Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Level pass in English (min. C6)
WPL Level 6
IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent for international students)
Successfully passed a tertiary program (min. 24 months) conducted in English

International Candidates

A pass in degree and above in any field and be at least 21 years old, with at least 5 years in F&B industry.

English Language Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Level pass in English (min. C6)
WPL Level 6
IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent for international students)
Successfully passed a tertiary program (min. 24 months) conducted in English

We strongly encourage candidates with extensive industry experience to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). If you do not qualify for direct entry, our admissions team will advise you on alternative preparatory pathways or foundation courses that can qualify you for admission.

The MBA offers a modular and progressive pathway, enabling professionals to build competencies step-by-step while maintaining career momentum.

Learners can begin with a Graduate Certificate in Service Leadership and Innovation, then advance to the Master’s level through credit accumulation — similar to the Graduate Certificate Pathway offered by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) in its Master in Boundary-Crossing Learning and Leadership.
